With all new vehicles having the latest Canbus wiring systems and more than likely having reverse parking sensors, tow bars can play these systems up if not wired up correctly.

 

We recommend dedicated wiring looms on these vehicles which wire into the vehicles canbus system and enable the vehicle to know exactly whats going on when pulling the trailer or caravan.

 

Trailer stability and Alko electronic stability control for caravans can then work as they should, just as it would of if the tow bar was fitted from factory.

Universal wire looms are also available for most vehicles.
